巴西货物操作要求（英文），如下：
1) Pls mention all other charges on HAWB
2) Original documents must be signed with blue ink and stamped to be shipped with the cargo. Pls ask shipper to send these original documents to you, because this cargo can't be shipped without them.
3) Pls reweight this cargo MORE THAN ONCE in order to avoid divergency of the gross (所有的单据 主 分仓 发票 箱单上的重量都要一致）weight and extra costs here in Brazil.
4) All boxes must be labelled with MAWB and HAWB number otherwise we'll have to pay fine to customs. PLS PUT TWO OR MORE LABELS ON EACH BOX EXACTLY WITH NUMBER THAT ARE MENTIONED ON SHIPPING DOCUMENTS.
5) Pls send us MAWB, HAWB and debit note ASAP - You must wait my green light to deliver the documents to Carrier.
6) Original 2 for cnee must be shipped together with cargo.
7) For your information Brazilian Customs DON'T allow MAWB and HAWB showing freight "as arranged" or "as agreed", you must show the rate as per our instructions to avoid problems for cnee.
8) Pls SIGN the Original MAWB and HAWB.
9) Pls mention the same date on MAWB and on HAWB, in order to avoid problems with Brazilians Customs.
10) Pls let us know if there are any wooden pack on these boxes. If so, pls let us know before you release the cargoes/documents to Airline. If not, pls mention on Handling information's field on HAWB and MAWB: "THIS CARGO CONTAINS NO WOOD MATERIAL".
